Monique Corriveau

Having the best and most FLAVORFUL PRODUCTS is of pivotal importance to Hugo & Victor.

In order to find them, we have made it a deep engagement to work with the mostAUTHENTIC and EXPERT suppliers in the world. Each and every one of the flavors we use for our pastries has been thoroughly studied by Hugues Pouget when he was travelling the world. Today, we are proud to work with some of the BEST PRODUCERS in the world for all the products we offer at Hugo & Victor.

-          Hugo & Victor is very happy and honoured to work with the CONFISERIE SAINT SYLVESTRE, based in Soveria in Corsica. Marcel Santini is a true perfectionist, who produces some of the world’s most sough-after CANDIED FRUITS. -          Regarding VANILLA– one of the star flavors at Hugo & Victor – Hugues Pouget solely works with ALAIN ABEL. This Tahiti-based producer, has been rewarded for the quality of his beans numerous times. He produces Vanilla on three distinctive terroirs: Bora Bora, Raiatea and Tahaa. All three exhale  subtle fragrences that can be found nowhere else on earth. The originality of Tahiti’s vanilla comes its beans that can age longer than other vanillas ; thus enabling is to reach a grater maturity which confers it exceptional aromas of Cacao and Caramel. -   For wine, Hugo & Victor is proud to work in association with the DOMAINE DE LA BEGUDE, located in PROVENCE in France. More than just a wine estate, le Domaine de la Bégude is a FAMILY affaire. The Tari family bought the Bégude estate in 1996. Since then, they took it at HEART to use no pesticides or fertilizer to ensure their production. Their PHILOSOPHY is to work the products naturally, in an artisanal way and in line with the changing SEASONS. A PERFECT MATCH for Hugo & Victor's own philosophy.
