Two of our foremost values are AUTHENTICITY and FRESHNESS. Each and every one of our pastries are produced by our team of pastry chefs and directly headed by Hugues Pouget himself. At Hugo & Victor, quality goes hand-in-hand with EXCELLENCE: our chocolate makers and pastry chef use both traditional and contemporary techniques with exceptional products.


Our HOME-MADE PRALINE is a good example of such perfectionism and attention to traditional CRAFTSMANSHIP as we are one of the only chocolate makers to be doing it ourselves.
